16:23:14 dtroyer umbSublime: The repo packaging is handled by different teams, I know Debian has slowed __waaay__ down since zigo moved on, no idea what the status is for Ubuntu, they may have been using Debian packages for OSC. In any case, at this point in the release cycle there is a lot of work to do and client stuff is usually not at the top of that queue
