15:04:13 mriedem mgoddard: the things you'd have to be aware of is the allow_resize_to_same_host config option in the compute api - you'd have to ignore that for baremetal instances, and figuring out if the instance is baremetal to begin with to change how scheduling is going to work etc - and then it's implementing some virt driver methods
