13:35:55	dtroyer	that narrows things down, my local failure is with 0.11.2 in requirements.txt. with 0.9.xx there it works. and of course that shouldn't matter at all since we're installing from source. but I don't see any transitive deps change either

12:16:28	dtroyer	frickler: we currently have 2 issues, the first one I though mordred addressed in the SDK, it needed a tag on master. The second one appeared about the time that tag did too, upper-constraints has novaclient >10.0 again which totally breaks OSC functional tests
