13:12:18	dtroyer	RuiChen: the intent with module list is to be useful for a user to see what versions of things are installed, so by default we should see the things that users would care about the most, like plugins and primary support libraries (*client and openstacksdk, etc). —all should include the lower-order dependencies like cliff, os-client-config, requests, etc.
13:13:42	dtroyer	I would prefer to not hard-code all of the default list, we can get plugins from stevedore, we can hard code things like openstacksdk.
