12:22:55	jangutter	moshele: in a previous iteration of our legacy (non-TC) patches, we also had a step where we renamed the representor to the "tapXXXXX" name provided by Neutron. This helped OVSDB integration with OpenDaylight in our case.

12:40:03	jangutter	moshele: the agent listened for the plug event on OVSDB with the same vif_name and metadata.

12:51:46	jangutter	moshele: so, the first change is that we also have a PF representor, and both are in physfn/net in sysfs. If you iterate through all netdevs there and find the first representor, it should fix that issue for us.
