09:21:42 ebbex In a loadbalanced setup, is there a race-condition between "POST /v2.1/servers" to api1 when creating a server and immediately listing it out with "GET /v2.1/servers/9da35d06-8f04-40fa-a03b-218e0abd8996" on api2?

11:13:06 Dinesh_Bhor artom: Instance can be resized in two vm_states "active" and "stopped". I want to find out what is the previous vm_state of an Instance before it was resized through API.
