15:19:11 BobBall I'm open on the ways we should try and fix this - if there should be an expectation on Nova drivers to ensure the server is ACTIVE before the image goes ACTIVE then we could look at that (although ATM I'm not sure how the implementation would work totally unless there was an artificial delay in Nova around setting the image ACTIVE until we had changed the server?)
