I explored a way to microversion in neutron, but per PTG discussion perhaps in Denver we agreed that API extension versioning would be simple and reasonable as microversion in neutron may potentially lead to regression in current neutron behaviors.

10:08:36 BakaKuna Hi, I was trying to change the admin state of a dhcp agent yesterday. Mordred gave me a pointer, but I think I just don't understand the flow yet. Should I be able to change the admin state of a DHCP agent (or any other attribut)? And if so, could anyone tell me how that should be done?
