00:53:19	ankur-gupta-f4	NP. I figured since its after hours. There is no direct harm in leaving it.. It just doesn't work. I have sorted it out locally but may seem a bit hacky. Right now dealing with issue where after lb creation you have to wait for it to become active before the API allows deletion. Thus the tearDown always fails :|

13:13:41	dtroyer	jkilpatr: all of the OpenStack python libs (including SDK) use the requests module for their low-level REST work. http://docs.python-requests.org/en/master/ keystoneauth is the layer above that adds OpenStack token handling and otherwise keeps all of requests' semantics. I believe the SDK just passes through the verify argument. (http://docs.python-requests.org/en/master/user/advanced/#ssl-cert-verification)
