00:14:47 pfire resized a powered off instance, cannot start instance while it is in task state resize finish, cannot confirmresize while in vmstate stopped
00:15:12 pfire should a resize have been allowed in the first place
00:28:48 prometheanfire got around it by manually starting the instance, then resize could be confirmed (but instance showed up as stopped), and then once instance start was issued the instance was restarted (instead of the state being updated in the db)
