17:26:06	stephenfin	ikla: Depends on what version of nova you're using and whether we're talking new or existing compute nodes. If it's pre-Newton, you'll simply want to set 'ram_allocation_ratio' and 'cpu_allocation_ratio' on the compute nodes

You can either update placement manually (e.g. using osc-placement) or override that by setting the old 'ram_allocation_ratio' and 'cpu_allocation_ratio' values
