11:09:58 stephenfin sean-k-mooney: Basically we could start warning in hardware.py if a host NUMACell object doesn't have anything in 'cpuset' (how we report VCPUs now) when scheduling an instance with the 'isolate' policy. You'd see that warning on the scheduler and compute nodes. We could then remove in Y or whatever
