15:41:14 melwitt mnaser: re: quotas (I was out friday), yes definitely talk to johnthetubaguy but also fyi the unified limits patch series he's working on will provide quota by placement resource class, so if your customer needs quota by flavor where flavor == ironic flavor, then they would get what they want via quota by placement custom resource class

AFAIK anyway, I'm not an expert on this. you may also be able to add it via a script that you pass as userdata to cloud-init to install extra packages you need, that might be a way of automating an install if it's not baked into the image
