23:05:19 penick For the most part fast-forwarding from Juno->Ocata worked pretty well. The only thing we had to work around was the expectation that nova-compute would be started after upgrading to kilo and clean up its metrics reporting. Fixed with a simple script and now that's part of our pipeline
