11:05:32 sdague only redhat manages that file in share, everyone else is managing it as config (ubuntu, and all the from source alternatives)
11:06:10 sdague so required changes there need release note signaling as the code won't work without a config change
11:07:01 lyarwood sdague: right, but the removal change landed ~3 weeks ago so I'm not sure why we need to signal anything given this is basically a revert
