21:59:50 stewie925_ hi all, I am fix a merge conflict for one of my nova notificaion commits. After rebasing I ran the functional test and it shows the following erro: No authentication information found for placement API. Placement is optional in Newton, but required in Ocata. Please enable the placement service before upgrading.
