Hi All:

I have had an app working for some time without problems. One

client has just installed a Novell Personal Netware network. They now get

the following error:

error - 1811

- SQL Aggregate on non-numeric expression

The line of code that produces this error is:

Select get_time("F", SUBSTR(unap.ut,1,5), " ") + ;

ALLTRIM(STR(unap.uvmv)) AS ut2 From unap ;

Into Cursor unap2 Order By ut2

The unap cursor looks like this:

ut uvmv

13:30 PM 1

13:30 PM 2

The result of the SQL should look like this:

ut2

1:30 p 1

1:30 p 2

Can anyone suggest why this works if the network is NOT switched on, but

breaks if the network IS switched on ???

All suggestions greatfully accepted !

TIA

Les Roberts
