Old VFP8 app on a Windows 7 computer suddenly fails

It won't start. AVG is installed.

Here's the details from the Event Viewer message

We are currently seeing if the customer will upgrade to our latest version

which is running VFP 9. And uninstalling AVG.

Any thoughts?
