Strange Character in Folder Name

Author: Lew Schwartz

I'm writing an app for w8.1 and, somehow or other adir() reports a folder

name beginning with chr(138). This seems to be causing explorer to become

blind to it, so I can't find the folder to fix it.

Any ideas?
