Richard - I shoulda mentioned its Win7 64.
Problem is - these days - STUPID Windoze goes BSOD - then stays only
little while - then reboots. I only caught it happening when I was
around it a couple of times. And, it happens so fast - it don't let me
SEE the Stop-code!
