If you don't want to use Thunderbird, pay for Outlook/Exchange, or a

superior browser-based front end to a paid hosted service like Fastmail,

then ... um ... er ... I think you're probably out of luck, on Windows

at least. Standalone email clients seem to be a thing of the past as

everyone either uses the best one, which is Outlook, or a browser-based

one.
