Jerry,
I can think of two ways.
Old School brute force, rename the VFP8.DLL and start the EXE.
If you have more than one on the system, make sure one is not in the path,
and you rename the one that is registered.
The second way,
Using Process Explorer, a SysInternals tool.

You can see which VFP*.DLL it connects to, when it is running.
