and as recently as say 10 years ago they had a secretary to work their

phone and print out their emails, in Europe they probably still can't

type, and wherever they are I'll bet there is some PA nearby to smooth

their path

They'll soon believe absolutely that touch-screens and the Cloud can

achieve everything, and that will be another nail in the coffin of

Corporate data and core systems integrity.
