It's probably aimed at the Metro UI, for touchscreen devices, which

apparently doesn't allow overlapping windows. As opposed to say iOS on

the iPad which doesn't allow multiple windows at all. But the cartoonist

obviously didn't want to let facts get in the way of a half-informed

troll.
