Naw, it's a tray service. It stays on all the time. When I do a

backup, I drop the file into the dropbox, in the appropriate folder, and

continue working. As I work, i'ts automagically uploaded to the server,

and if the other computer(s) are on, downloaded (synced) to them.

If I shut off before the file is uploaded, it stops, then resumes next

time I'm online. Very painless method for storing a quick backup on a

remote server that I can access from anywhere, as well as among my other

computers.
