I should have, but I didn't know it was going to be an issue. The email wasn't meant as an "in your face" response, just a "i'll wait" response.
Rereading the email I sent, it could have been more flowery, but still, I could never go into court to get paid without a contract.
The contract was supposed to be an extension of the previous contract, so why was it "in legal" for two weeks?
