FWIW, I'm paying $88 a month for 768/384k from a local ISP that has

never done me any wrong since I started with them over a decade ago. I

believe I could get SBC DSL for around $59 a month or Charter cable for

about $50 but frankly I don't trust either of those companies with my money.
