You might want to test that out. They did indeed upgrade many of their

facilities (remember, they are running a lot of cable installations

from other companies they bought) from 3 Mb to 4 Mb, but in most cases

in the process, they dropped upload speed to 256 Kbps. That's a 33%

decrease. Most of the time, It's okay, but once in a while I'll be

shipping a big file up, and you can see the slowness.
