Veritas seems a little "high strung" to me, too many moving parts involved
for it to run well for an extended period of time.
We're going to try to edit some registry settings on the server. Their tech
support seem to think there has been some corruption in the SQL data base
settings and maybe IIS (???) settings too. The idea is to set things back
to defaults as see if that helps.
We're mainly trying to just get the upgrade installed right now, then we'll
see how it works after that.

We use Veritas to back up to network drives all the time. We did have to
call Veritas to get it all working as the manual said it should.. but once
it started.. its good..
