Log in as root, and at the terminal cd to the directory containing the
drive that is causing the problem. IOW, if the drive is located at
/mnt/foobar, then cd /mnt.
From there, type: ls -l (those are lower-case "L"s). You should see a
full directory listing. Check out the line for the problem drive. It
should look something like:
drwxr-xr-x 1 ed wheel 4.0K Aug 4 17:58 winmysql
Post what you have for your drive, and I'll be able to help straighten
it out.
