Yes, and he's already answered. The "clarification" is available at
http://leafe.com/archives/showMsg/137340, and clearly refuses to answer
any further questions that people may have. The only option available
to you is to hire an attorney to interpret all the conflicting and
confusing language, and then take your chances that he/she has
interpreted it the way Microsoft will decide it means at any point in
the future.
