Is there a script or program that will remove all known games on a pc? I need to remove games that came with computers and/or were installed by users. Anyone know a program to do this automatically?

I seriously doubt it - it would have to have a centralised, continually
updated database of all games released by all studios, right down
through indies to XNA stuff knocked up in someone's bedroom. What if
they're playing arcade or Amiga games in an emulator? Or old DOS stuff
under DosBox? Impossible task. Prevention rather than cure is the key
here.

There IS a solution : recovery, if you did a backup just before the good
instant !
Another way is to have a strategy before installing any software :
don't install directly, go through a script (even DOS made) able to trace
what you are doing.
And, you know, computer is no way for Alzheimer's consumers ...

This is more to prevent users from adding their own game. i try to remove the windows games when I set up a computer, but many times I forget to do it.

Absolutely.
It is also easy using Windows (please don't laugh) to prevent many things ;
you can deactivate the authorization to execute installation of third-part
softwares, or monitor when even if it's done.
