He is really hung up on sexual issues. I think he needs to get some counseling and an attitude adjustment. This is why is doesn't appeal to the women vote. Certainly my wife can't stand him.

My girlfriend hates him because he reminds her of her overly-strict father. A lot of what he says is being twisted by the media. He's never called for a ban on birth control, he's voted for funding birth control, but he is against religious institutions being required to provide birth control against their beliefs.

Hi Nicholas,
If being against abortion and gay "marriage" is in any way "hung-up"
then you are recommending counseling for me as well.

Hah. You said it not me.
Anyway, read the NYT article. Notice he starts frothing at the mouth
whenever he talks about sexual issues and the 1960's. In any case I am for
abortion and don't give a wit whether someone is gay or not. They have never
interfered with me so I leave them alone.

The problem with gays is that 70% of them voted for Obama.
The best thing about abortion is that it kills the babies of liberals.

Hi Nicholas,
Have you ever met the man, or are you content to draw your conclusions
of the man's character from the always unbiased NYT? While it isn't
quite lock-step, being for abortion and not giving a wit about gay since
they always left YOU alone, well, you MIGHT be an atheist.

If I had to meet every person before doing any kind of business, I would be
totally wasted. There are simply too many things I need to do in one day.
Can't do them all.
Quotes by the politicians as reported in the news by NYT, Atlantic and
Economist are sufficient for me. Where there is a discrepancy I can always
do a Google.
Gays don't go around raping people any more than regular people do. The ones
that walk and talk funny have special issues and I just avoid them.
I am an economic conservative but much more liberal on social issues which
is where I part company with the Republicans. They are preaching on these
issues, equating contraception with abortion and a whole host of similar
themes which have no business in politics. If they stick to economics, then
I am all for them.

Hi Nicholas,
Well, I HAVE met him. He is not scary at all. Haven't donated to his
campaign, but I have met him.

Whenever I have been interviewed, the printed story has always greatly
mis-characterized whatever I have said. Always.

You have been fortunate to meet "nice" white collar gays. The other kind
don't give the kids a choice. However, once you hit 18 or so they leave
you strictly alone, because now legal you are no fun.

I am an economic liberal and a social conservative, thus, your opposite
number. I agree that the Catholic Church fails to distinguish between
contraception and abortion - but Santorum has not said he intends to
enforce Catholic dogma as US law.

Not true. 14% of boys under 18 have been molested, 33% of girls have been molested. Since most child molesters are men, that means that although heterosexuals outnumber homosexuals 97 - 3, they only molest at a 33 -14 the rate, making homosexuals nearly 5 times more likely to molest than heterosexuals.

Nick, Nick, Nick..... Can't you get it? Mickey here was molested as a
child, that's what his subconscious mind is screaming through his posts.
And you saying gays are people.... shame on you!
