I need a host for a really basic site for a small poker group. Very low traffic, no SQL. nothing fancy; just basic, static pages and a couple of files for download.
Doing a search on free hosting turns up a TON of sites, more than I have time to research. Any recommendations?

with internet connectivity. You could also use a dynamic dns service
so people could access the site via
whatevernameyouchoose.dynamicdns.com, also likely free. You'd have
sole access to the account, with file uploads via ftp, such as:
http://home.comcast.net/~jpittman2/pacman/pacmandossier.html
Price is right, if your ISP offers it.
