Hey guys,
You always find neat little treasures when you are looking for
something else. I found this little add in for Beyond compare that
allows one to compare vfp files. I looked at a few scx files and it
was right on it.
One gotcha that took a little while to figure out. If you have 64 bit
put the plugin in c:\vfp2text folder and not program files (86). The
() seems to mess up his parameter interpretation.

I tried to install this add on and received an error "BC2 Rules not
importable" when hitting the next button. My version is 3.3.1 (build
13971).

The addon will only work with Version 3 not Version 3. I fell into the same
trap but luckily I have version 2.
