Step through code of West Wind WebConnect

Fell into a project and I'm wanting to step through the code. The thought is

to host the code in a form and display the web pages in the IE control,

bypassing the need for the IIS server.

Was this something that is available?

Thanks,

Tracy

You will still need IIS, but you can put WC into file mode and step through

the VFP debugger on the server. I do it daily.

John,

Thanks John. It's a task to get this configured offline.

I have serious doubts that you can make that happen.

The help file I found with the project shows version 2.97. Is there any

other place I should look to be sure what version this is using?

Thanks for the help,

Tracy

If you run WWC in File Mode and if the developer didn't customize the

version, you can see the Version # of WWC on the application's title

bar, as well as on the Status Dialog that pops up. You could also

locate the wc.dll and check it's version ( although I'm not sure that

version always matches the WWC version one to one ).
