Sorry, couldn't resist.
Off the top of my head, tweak as needed:
BETWEEN(HOUR(datetime()), 6, 18)

Er, well, I've never had to do that myself, but why not just use the MOUSE
command?
Granted that you didn't say HOW you wanted to move the mouse, you can do
something like this:
If !BETWEEN(HOUR(datetime()), 6, 18)
Mouse At mrow(), mcol()+10
Endif
Or something like that. Also see:

Hmmm. Someone mentioned the mouse command, but maybe this is a good
time to ask what you're trying to accomplish?

I'm guessing Sytze wants to disable the screen saver during work hours!

The day after I got my first pc - a Leading Edge - I was reading through the
manual trying to understand everything, how to copy, make directories, del,
etc... I came across a section on move, but couldn't find the entry in the
docs, so I actually made a long distance phone call to complain & find out
how to, etc... Turned out it was a two-handed command performed with one on
each side of the computer.
