An old S-F novel (i don't remember nor the title neither the author) i read
in past 70's
introduced a vision of society based upon the total control of recycled
organs (to permit to save live and prolongate it).
Because of a lack of human organs donations (humanity becoming then very
numerous), society shifted to new goals
and politically decided to use new ways to obtain the raw.
A new vision about what's delictual and what's criminal appeared, and
gradually, insidiously,
everything became more and more prone to be subjected to the rigors of the
law (and of the needs).
Then, ... you crossed a road far from traffic lights ? Death penalty ! With
re-use of your organs, for state benefit ...
When i read that, i was schocked. ... but i was so young.
Is China able to do this now ? Will they do it ? I don't know.
But i think we need to make a quick return on ourselves and try to look the
truth in the face, on behalf of humanity.
Aren't us so far from that phenomenon, while actually anyone is willing to
kill (economically, politically, socially, militarly, physically) just to
maintain his lifestyle or just triumphantly justify its simple personal
opinions or system theories ??
Are we, somewhere, in the way of renewving the same model, like described
(in an another way) in the old movie "2025 : the survivors" ???

I too have noticed that a lot of our old science fiction stuff seems to
be coming true.
Don't know if you ever saw that movie demolition man, but we seem to be
breaking into the haves and the have nots similar to that movie.
and then the unit mentioned the other day where they could automatically
inject you for medical purposes.
imagine what damage that could do if it were injected in everybody at
birth, or only the ones who may have undesirable dna or some other
stupid stuff..

No, i didn't see that movie (but i'll try to find it in free streaming :o) )
But there are a lot of projects acting in that a way AFAIK for the next
future and the future next,
American laboratories, French and European ones, Asians also, and others
too... are all involved in them.
And other projects you never could have had an idea.
I can't tell you more about that, because although i'm not directly
concerned, my knwoledge of the subject
makes me an indirect actor, and all of this kind of work is under high level
secrecy. You know what i mean.
Anyway, there is no stop put on me about asking underscored and hardest
questions (for the moment).
And so, i act to put my willing /ON, when i think of human superior
interest.
Will you do so ?

It seems that basic ethics and morals have not been taught for at least a generation, so anything can happen now.

I realized that yesterday watching goldman sachs on cnbc.
they have absolutely zero realization of what they are doing.
no remorse, nothing
for those of you not familiar with the stock market.
if you buy or sell a stock, you actually own something tangible
if you buy an option, somebody owning that stock has to agree to
transfer that stock to you if you exercise your option.
if you sell an option to somebody, you must own that stock and you agree
to transfer it to the buyer if they exercise their option.
now derivatives.
you own NOTHING

GS is smug because the pride of US business, and country will allow
them to play these stupid games and not be penalized to keep the world
banking on Wall St.
If removed from Wall St. it will leave the country.

Good riddance...
It is the Wall Street Vultures such as them that initiated all of the
hostile takeovers that got rid of management and sold off the pieces to
foreign investors.
Don't let the door hit them in the ass is what I say.

They claim, however, that the Government isn't telling the truth.
What a disgusting show by the Democrats dropping the S bomb over and over again.
CBS was fined 250k for showing Janet Jackson's nipple, but nobody gets fined for saying "sh*t" over and over again in Congress?

I've been studying the market since 96.
doesn't make me an expert, but I can guarantee you that warren buffet
back around that timeframe mentioned that derivatives were going to
destroy the market.
he's made money on them since I guess so you don't hear that no more,
but he was 100% right.
With a stock or an option you end up with a share of a company, even if
it is worthless.
Ask the people who say the government isn't telling the truth to show
you what you would end up with if the deal went bad on you.
