We have 2 clients (unrelated) that have Kaspersky. They both are getting an error message like this:

************************************************
Those words are in a error dialog message.
vfpprogram.exe is our compiled VFP program. (name is changed here)
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Your program is doing something that Kaspersky things is a viral action.
Sending email, port scanning or something of the like. It might even be that
you are using XML somehow. Have the client white list your EXE.
When the VFP EXE does get a virus, it doesn't start anymore, from my
experience with clients.

It's the heuristic scanning - it looks for virus-like behaviour as
opposed to specific signatures. Turn it off or add an exclusion.

When your subscription ends, remove Kaspersky. It has given use a huge number of problems over the year.

You can also check the file against a number of virus checkers:
