Reminds me of my recent angst with my lawyer's bill. The guy charges me
0.6hrs at $195/hr to go to the bank and cash an escrow account for credit
towards my $12k legal bill. Ok, I'm not objecting to that. But when he
charged me $0.56 (yes, 56 cents) for postage costs...well, that was like
salt in the wound. The guy is good, but at that rate, don't you think
they could not charge the postage? Ugh.

$5k was held over from the mortgage settlement "to be debated" as to who
gets it. Long story short, I did (as it was only fair, much to the other
side's hate), and I had told my lawyer to apply that to my legal bill.
