Does that mean put both views on but hide one and just show the active view.

Or - I think this should work - and the fields are different - you can

specifically change the Control Source on each Grid item. Alternately -

you could have Multiple Grids defined on the Same form - and ONLY show

the grid for the Active View - and hide the other Grid(s).
