Just tried , I right clicked on the setup file and ran as administrator, and
It still said it need to install preq.

I having a problem installing vfp9 on my laptop with windows 7 pro.
I start the install, it declairs that it has to add prerequisites files
and
then comes back and says it has to add again.
Is there any way around this.
