That interpretation of the scripture is pretty well debunked. There is no

historical evidence that such a gate existed. Refer to this web site for

much historical evidence as to the correct translation of that Bible

passage.

The "eye of the needle" is a gate in old Jerusalem. It is very narrow.

Wealthier people had larger packs on their camels. Ergo, it was hard,

not impossible, for them to fit through. Allegory taken as fact, as

usual. No, not a sewing needle.
