Some of those "people" are huge corporations.

Those corporations will lobby for the handouts and receive them much

faster then the poor.

Isn't it funny that these corporations were given "person" status to

give them SPENDING power as well as a voice in our government. I'll

believe that they are worth that when I see the state of Texas execute

one, or one applies for a passport to go and visit the vast sums of

money they have stored up outside of the USA.
