I did write one some years ago but can't lay my hands on it at the moment.

There's a VB example at http://www.a1vbcode.com/app-3220.asp just open up the .vb class file to see the class code if you haven't got visual studio. It gives you lots more than you need but you should be able to pull the bits out of it. Personally I'd write it from scratch.
