Each time I meet a bi-lingual Hispanic, it reminds me how lacking I am at 1

language. They let me vote knowing only 1 language. I would like those who

only read Spanish and some how earned the right to vote to KNOW who and what

they are voting for. Worse case scenario otherwise... I'm sure some friendly

GOP helper would be willing to point where to mark and smile otherwise.
