All multinationals. E.g. Microsoft, Exxon, Caterpillar, 3M. I could go on
and on. Another interesting take is borrowing money from the Treasury at
almost zero interest to pay dividends. Microsoft did just that in 2010.

makes sense business-wise for the money is put back into peoples' pockets
directly from the government.
