I am using a trial version of VMWare to I can do just what you are

suggesting.

I find it works well for any .iso files I already had. My next step is to

create an .iso of my existing Windows XP installation which includes SP3. I

found some instructions but need to actually do it. The difficulty seems to

be merging the SP3 .iso file that you get when downloading from Microsoft.
