I did not know that. Our servers are now written in classic asp. I am researching converting them to php (webfaction has
v5.4). I would like to get this done sometime before the end of the summer. I need to be able to develop and test on
windows apache and copy the working code to webfaction. I appreciate any helpful comments.

Ken,

encryption requirement and also they require all communication to go through a fixed (static) IP address with SSL
certificate. If they did not require that, I would use Webfaction for our server.
I can personally confirm that Webfaction supports SSL certificates
(including wildcard subdomains) and fixed IP addresses.
