I'm so sorry for your accident .. but glad you are healing. My son suffered

similar injuries in a moped vs pickup truck accident one year ago. He had 5

broken ribs, multiple fractures in pelvic bone, damaged spleen, kidney &

liver, pulmonary contusions, concussion, and lacerations to abdomen and arm.

He healed surprisingly quickly .. walking w/o assistance in about 4 weeks

but the double-vision stayed with him for about 7 months. The good thing was

that he was young (17) so he could bounce back much quicker than us old

folks. That bad thing was that he was young! As if teenagers don't already

think they are invincible .. now he REALLY thinks he's invincible because he

got hit by a truck AND LIVED!
